CUSTOM DESIGN


  1. Share Your Concept
    Email our Custom Design team an image or sketch of your idea.

  2. Review Your 3D Rendering
    Within 48 hours, we’ll send you a detailed 3D rendering. Simply review and let us know any tweaks you’d like.

  3. Approve & Preview the 3D-Printed Model
    Once you sign off, we’ll 3D-print a full-scale model—complete with your chosen center stone—and email you a video walkthrough. At this stage, we’ll lock in every last detail.

  4. Casting, Finishing & Delivery
    After your final approval and deposit, our master jewelers cast and hand-finish your piece. Standard lead time is up to 3 weeks; for intricate designs, please allow 5–6 weeks.

  5. Final Quality Inspection & Shipping : Before your jewelry leaves our studio, it undergoes a 25-point quality inspection. Then we’ll ship it to you with insured, signature-required delivery.
